Where can I find the documentation for the SASHELP Datasets?

What sort of documentation are you looking for?

Proc contents will describe any of the data sets.

Each SAS module licensed may add data sets to the SASHELP library for use in the example code provided. So there really isn't a single set of data sets a user may have access to.
