Unable to load data to SAS Viya

I'm trying to load an XLS file that is 940MB to SAS Viya to visualize the data. The cap for file size for personal data is 1GB.

However, I'm unable to load as it is stuck with "Importing file" for more than 20 minutes. An image is attached to show an example of the screen.

Hi:
If you are having issues uploading to SAS Viya and this is your company configuration of SAS Viya, then you need to work with SAS Tech Support by filling out this form: http://support.sas.com/ctx/supportform/createForm . The URL in your screen shot seems to indicate that you are using a trial version of SAS Viya, in which case, you may also need to work with Tech Support to find out whether you are too close to the limit for uploading.
