Unable to connect the "sas on-demand for academics" environment

Hello ! 
I was in a middle of coding sas in the environment with my folders, files, .. etc.

But suddenly, when i tried to start a program, he starts to load in circle.

So i leave the environment after 2-3 minutes and try to reconnect my environment but i can't anymore.

I don't have problems for connection.

The problem is when I click on 'Launch', it load in cirlce with no error message, nothing.

I already tried the "clear my saved tables" but nothing help.

What can i do ?
