Hello & sorry you are having issues - can you try to use a different browser (Chrome or Firefox)? Just want to rule out a browser issue.

Thank you for your response. I have already attempted to access SAS Studio using multiple browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, but unfortunately, the issue persists across all browsers. The same error message "Connection Error to Workspace Server" appears consistently.

Hi, Please confirm the steps you took to get to this page. Did you go to https://welcome.oda.sas.com, login using the sign in button, then click the launch button? Or do you have SAS Studio bookmarked?

Don't start from a bookmarked SAS Studio page. I also recommend you clear your cookies and cache and disable any ad blockers or VPN.
