Hi:
We were aware of a problem over the weekend with some of the Viya for Learners servers. However, on Monday morning we were notified that the issues had been resolved. Students should be asked to log out of the SAS web site completely. Then, open a new browser session (preferably Chrome or Firefox). Then they need to return to their class that uses Viya for Learners and click the Launch button from inside the class or click into their Viya for Learners portal to reenter the portal and click the Launch button.
Some students do not have direct access to the Viya for Learners portal. In cases like this, Coursera students using Viya for Learners and students who are NOT using the free academic resources, should go back inside their class in a new browser session and use their regular Launch or Open button to enter Viya for Learners.
