I am using SODA. The work server I was referring to was simply our data storage server, I know that it has nothing to do with SAS. I also know that this is not being caused by data storage issues in SODA, as I monitor that and maintain sufficient space as necessary. 

 

Who would I contact for the SODA platform to address this? This happened again within 5 minutes of me signing on this morning. Infuriating.

Also I suggest you try the Enterprise Guide interface to SODA. That will at least confirm if your problems are browser-related or not.

I am also facing this issue today. the previous version of SAS which ran on local machine instead of this online version was much better.
