Recover the files from SAS on Demand

Dear SAS Team

Not sure with Recently support group I send it to. So, please help if this is not the right support group.

Actually, I attempted to access my SAS OnDemand account after a long period of inactivity. While I was able to recover my login credentials through the "Forgot Password" option and successfully log in, I noticed that none of my past projects are visible. These projects are critical for my current work, as I need to use the codes and analysis from them for a new project.

Could you kindly assist me in recovering my past projects? Your help in restoring my work is essential and greatly appreciated.

The only ones who might have a backup are located at SAS. Write to SASoda@sas.com to get help.

But you really have no backup of your important work? REALLY?
