Model Building

Hello

I am trying to build a system/ model that will be able to accept or reject applications based on some criteria.

I would appreciate any help on how to go about doing this. I am using SAS Viya for learners, i tried to create a project on model studio but had an error " Project creation failed with: creating provoder error"
