I am not able Launch web based SAS development environment in SAS on demand for academics.

After I login In SAS on demand for academics, then clicking launch  it is initializing but cant open the window.

Thank you very much it worked in microsoft browser.
But if i want in the chrome how will i get it.

You should be okay in chrome Incognito mode - you could try clearing your chrome cache & browsing history.
