How to select and fix video resolution on learn.sas.com

When watching videos on learn.sas.com, somtimes the video resolution convert from clear to blurred, which is very annoying. I know it may related to my internet quality, but is there a way to select and fix video resolution so I can distinguish the character in video? This issue impacts much while I watching programming demo.
