Go back to who ever installed your SAS and find out why the online help wasn't installed.

In display manager I can place my cursor in the editor over the word datalines in a data step, press F1 and get a popup box with the choice of two links that go to the documentation for datalines. Really, a very difficult task. Takes about 1/10th the time of coming to this site and typing out such a question.
