what is exact difference between run and quit statement with a example?
Can you explain with a brief example
PROCs which are non-interactive end with RUN (examples: PROC MEANS, PROC FREQ)
Other PROCs are interactive, statements execute immediately or when a RUN; is encountered, and so the PROC must end with QUIT (examples: PROC SQL, PROC GLM)
In my opinion, it's easiest to just memorize which ones need QUIT.
