I wanted to compute clopper Pearson confidence interval for the all the variables I have and wanted to know what's the simplest way. A sample variable I have can be

so among the 7 subjects, 2 were missing, 3 had no test, 2 had tested. I want to model the probability of being tested in SAS
It's an option in PROC FREQ. *See The FREQ Procedure and Example 47.4 Binomial Proportions
Here's a usage with your data:
