please help on this.

ive last 3 months txns data and ive to find  the number and % of population active on Restaurants MCC according to respective Txns bands  and what are their average spends and ATS for CC and DC

Ex 

Txn Band | Number of Customers | Number of Restaurants Active Customers | % of Restaurant Active Customers | Total Spends | Restaurant Spends  | ATS overall | ATS restaurants

Post some test data, in the form of a datastep and what you want the output to look like.  Also clarify what your exact "questions" are, this is a Q&A board not a contract work board.
