unable to open the sas studio(univeristy edition) in webbrowser

Using vmplayer to connect.After initiating,192.168.19.128 address is displayed  to open on the browser.But Being prompted with data not received in google chrome.Kindly help to fix this issue.

I Am not sure if I can understand your issue...

Do you have any previous configuration in your VM server/player?

any policy or firewall enabled blocking your ports?

i Would check again the instructions and requirements for SAS University edition and/or provide more details
