unable to import binary file into sas

May i know whether the binary file can be imported into sas .If not, is there any other way to import binary file into sas.

"Binary" covers literally millions of file formats. Show us a description of the format, or give us a link to such a description.

Or tell us from which application the file was written.

i had .xlsb formatted file which i am unable to import into sas .

For this, you need to have ACCESS to PC Files licensed. Your SAS must run on Windows, or be able to connect to a PC Files Server.
