What's not standard in the times you show?
> also difference between two columns timings
You have the duration already.
Or are these all text strings and you want to change them to SAS times?

This is the SAS Communities. For help with Excel, consult Microsoft Support.
Please post your SAS dataset in usable form (a data step with datalines).
If I download an Excel file from the internet, my Chief Security Officer will nail my hide to the company door.
PS to calculate time differences, just subtract start from end time. SAS times are counts of seconds, so the result will be a SAS time value again. Assign the time5. format for proper display.

No I will not.
1. MS office files are potentially dangerous.
2. The least you can do is make the effort to provide usable data and information.
