subgroup Forest

I am struggling with the alignment of column headers and the column contents in a subgroup forest plot. I have tried so many times to make the plot smaller but it didnt work! Can anyone please help me solve this. it now looks like this:

You could try option:
ods graphics/height=100px width=200px;
