I have  a sas tables in the sub-folders  like this .

old/Fn

new/ F1

new/F3

new/Fn

 

I want to make an automatic compare for all the files  one by one

 

It means

compare new/F1/ t1 with  old/F1/ t1

               new/F1/ t2 with  old/F1/ t2

               .......................................

 

              new/Fi/ tj with  old/Fi/ tj

               ......................................

              new/Fn/ t2 with  old/Fn/ t2
