Good morning,

pls I find a kindly help…

I need to use the value of a variable in two different pass of data. I try to take the value with 'Retain' but I think that the second pass of data delete the buffer and therefore the value I need to remember. For example the variable 'censito' here below:

data output_and_&ndg.;

set h_dwh.output_and_corporate_1811;

if ndg_id=&ndg. and CLIENT_CODE_STD = &banca.;

retain censito 0;

 censito=censito_cd;

run;

data cr_ritorno_&ndg.;

set h_dwh.cr_ritorno_1811 ;

where censito_cd=censito;

run;
