i have sas university edition but  proc reliability is not available there. Can you suggest me how can i do? I am in academics and interested in reliability analysis.

If you're an academic you can see if your institution has a free or low cost version of SAS, many do. Mine for example will sell me the full version for $30.

SAS OnDemand for Academics does have SAS/QC licenses though but it's a cloud service.
