put text in mail

Hi where can i put text to show in the mail in this code. I have tried somethings but doesnt work:

filename sendmail email to=("[email protected]")          
   from=("[email protected]")

I think you would be better off using a DATA step for this. Check out the examples on the FILENAME EMAIL docs page.
