Hello,

 

I don't have a deep knowledge on statistics.  Can someone please confirm if I did this correctly to obtain the P-value for Mean different from 0 (t-test, 2-sided)??

proc ttest data=base_post side=2 ;
by trt01pn; 
var cat3;
ods output TTests=pval;  **pvalue;
run;

Yes. That is correct. Alternative way is using PROC UNIVARIATE.

proc univariate data=base_post ;
by trt01pn; 
var cat3;
run;
