Hi, I'm not sure how to answer this question below. Any help is much appreciated!

 

what, if anything, is wrong with the following statements?

a) proc standard data=in.v1 out=in.v2;
b) proc standard data=in.v1 out=in.v2 std=0;

Is "in" a library name?

Hint: What does a standard deviation of 0 imply about values?
