hi, what should be the code ? Calculate the average Call duration ,count of local calls, and total usage charge for churners and non churners for all the 6 months i) for year 2011ii) for year 2010 and where average call duration is less than 60 seconds . using proc sql ?

How do you identify a "churner" or "non-churner"? What are the rules for the usage charge? Do you have dates? Are the Dates SAS date values or something else? Do you already have duration? "All the 6 months of 2011" is odd considering years usually have 12 months.
