proc sgrender drawtext or textplot

Hi community,

I'm using Base SAS 9.4 and would like to draw a graph like the posted..

I have generated a Sankey diagram by using proc sgrender, but I am unsure how to draw a rectangle with text to it, similar to the blue one overlaying the Sankey diagram.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can achieve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
