proc metadata error - AddMetadata

Hi all,

I have the following request file:

IsDBMSLibname='0'

Name='Bank'

<NS>SAS</NS>
<Flags>268435456</Flags>
<Options/>
</AddMetadata>

Then I call "proc metadata" and I get the following error message:

                            Error: There is an illegal character in the name
