Below is my code. I'm getting the output without error, but no plot.

You are performing a simple correspondence analysis. The ConfigPlot is only available for multiple correspondence analysis. Try this:

data rep_sex;
input Survey $ Sex $ Count; 
DATALINES;
BRFSS MALE 80483
BRFSS FEMALE 129994
BRFSS MISSING 761
VOH MALE 982
VOH FEMALE 1817
VOH MISSING 7

proc corresp data=rep_sex MCA;
