statuscd='malignant' and rsltcd='rad1' how ever there is no other record with statuscd='maliganant' andrsltcd='rad2' with same time and othercd plz clarify it.

actually i have a dataset bonelsions in that one status code= mailgant and all and also reslt code =rad1 and rad2 and rad3 and rad4 ann date also .
