I have SAS 9.4 on window 10. It is working too slow when I have internt connection. Could you please tel me what is the solution?

What are you attempting? Anything network related will often have a network related performance effect. Are you connecting to a server that is not on a local network?

No. I have it locally. I do not need internet connection for that. My issue
is that when I have internet access it is not working. So, I have to
disconnect my wifi anytime I want to use my SAS.
