Assuming that you refer to a sas data set, I suggest using proc cport and cimport.

Or if you have SAS/CONNECT licensed on both platforms and of course SAS is installed on both then you can use PROC UPLOAD / DOWNLOAD.

outrep=WINDOWS_32
