I am using the SAS university virtual machine with Jupyter notebook.  When I go to enter a libname, I always get a note in the log that the libname does not exist.

Code

libname datasets 'C:\Users\Heather\Documents\SASUniversityEdition\myfolders\Data';

34   ods listing close;ods html5 (id=saspy_internal) file=stdout options(bitmap_mode='inline') device=svg; ods graphics on /
34 ! outputfmt=png;
NOTE: Writing HTML5(SASPY_INTERNAL) Body file: STDOUT
35
36 libname datasets 'C:\Users\Heather\Documents\SASUniversityEdition\myfolders\Data';
NOTE: Library DATASETS does not exist.
37
38 ods html5 (id=saspy_internal) close;ods listing;

  Any suggests what I am doing wrong?

Thanks
