This is your clue:

LIBNAME mydata "/mnt/nfs/prod/Sched/OpsDeptData/Operations/ITSM/IMPORT/DATA";
WARNING: Library MYDATA does not exist.

The SAS session can't find the directory. Mind that your workspace server might run on a remote machine that does not have the network share mounted.
