Above the programing,

when we put the same words on between 'aaa' and 'AAA',

wouldn't it be assigned automatically when the programing works?

Libname statements are not issued automatically unless issued from an autoexec used when starting your SAS session.
Not clear what the issue you are facing, perhaps if you have log the share?
