l27 taguchi design

Hi,

I am trying to make a 4 parameter, 3 level, l27 taguchi design. However the program does not give me 27 unique combinations but a only 9 three times over. Could anyone advice me what I'm doing wrong?

For example I am running a sputter process for my studies with two targets running from 100-300W, varying total chamber pressure and reactive gas mix. I do not want to do a full factorial design as it would mean 81 experiments, but doing the same 9 experiments three time makes no sense.

You don't say how you generated the design, but the MktEx macro can generate Taguchi designs.
