This is what i am trying to solve;

Medical researchers believe that a patient’s cholesterol level drops after a
heart attack
Develop the hypothesis statements to test this statement and the
associated testing matrix or confusion matrix. The time period of
interest is from Day 2 after the attack to Day 4 after the attack.
Test this claim at the alpha = .05 level.

i honestly don't know how to do the testing.
do i use a proc ttest?

Cholesterol level is continuous so you'd use a t-test then.

And since this is likely homework, the test is likely one you've covered in class, so which tests have you covered in class so far?
