Hello,
I'm trying to run part of s code on a 32bit SAS but it's giving me the following error: Decision trees (nominal target) cannot use VARIANCE and FTEST criteria. This code is working on 64 bit SAS. Any ideas how to run it on 32bit SAS?
The code is:

proc hpsplit data=test_full_g20 maxdepth=5 maxbranch=5  LEAFSIZE=1200;
class var1 var2 var3 ;
model KFS = var1 var2 var3  var4 var5 var6 ....;
   grow FTEST;
   ID NL;
	output NODESTATS=ropl_NODESTATS123  importance=import PRUNESUBTREE=ropl_PRUNESUBTREE ;
   *prune costcomplexity;/*too many leafs*/
   *code file = ".....";/*keeps SAS codes that can be used later for tree generation*/
   code file = ".....";/*keeps SAS codes that can be used later for tree generation*/
   rules file = ".....";
score out=test123;
run;

What versions are your 32bit and 64bit SAS? If they are at different maintenance levels that may explain your problem.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply but the version of SAS 32 bit and 64 bit is the same - 9.4 😞
