I am using bootstrap analysis. I have two mesages, one is error message, that is, Physical file does not exist,

I do not know why I use macro, some work fine, some have this problem.

The other is, ODS graphics with more than 5000 points have been suppressed.

Use the

PLOTS(MAXPOINTS= ) option in the PROC REG statement to change or override the cutoff.

I have tried to add plots option but usually it did not work well. Can anybody show a sample code, so that I can see how it works?

Since it is bootstrap analysis, it takes so much time with this project.

If you are doing a bootstrap analysis, you need to turn of ODS graphics and suppress output. See the article "Turn off ODS when running simulations in SAS."

For the record, here's how to enable plots with more than 5000 points:

proc reg data=sashelp.bweight plots(maxpoints=none);
   model weight = MomAge;
run;

But again, I stress that you do NOT want to do this as part of a simulation.
