i wanted to import one access table like see above program but i got error 

can you explain that how solve that error

Read The Friendly Manual.

 

Or use the import wizard and check the little box that says "save the generated code"

 

From the online help:

PROC IMPORT 
DATAFILE="filename " | TABLE="tablename "

OUT=<libref .>SASdata set  <(SAS data set option(s))>

<DBMS=identifier> <REPLACE>; 

The basic syntax. Note: DATABASE is not an option, DATAFILE is. Also there is no ; in the middle of the statement.
