Is there a way to identify the different languages, or is that essentially what you're asking? A function that will tell you what language a response is in? Assuming this is a survey, that may have been in the original collection information, ie SurveyMonkey has a column that has IP and IP addresses can be mapped back to countries and such. It's not a 100% but probably closer to other options.
