Run the test used in the paper to compare the populations. Verify if corrections for multiple testing was applied. 

 

My guess is a fishers test with the small values with a correction for 0?

You need to provide more details. The PDF attached is password protected. 

 

What test are you attempting to do?

Different tests will have different procedures, ie different code requirements. And all depend on the structure of your data which is unknown.

By what statistical test?

P Values require a statistical test, such as a t-test, fishers exact, chi square?
