Did you make sure that this is the right dir?
Also what is your sas version and is it 32 or 64?

Client/Server approach or a standalone desktop version.
When Client/Server the version/type of the SAS/Server process and whether access pcfiles is licensed.
I am guessing it is a Windows server based one.
