how can get help about "proc split" online ?

dear all: I have been searching for "proc split help" for a long time online,no expected result！ I guess the procedure is too old，but that‘s what I‘m interested in. Any suggestion is welcome！

IN the book,the random forest algorithm is  mainly written by proc split.

Is there any difference between "hpsplit" and "split"?
