if subject had VISITNUM=4 as early termination (ET) visit and no Visit 3 record then re-assign ET visit to the closest post baseline planned visit and keep the reported data as for analysis as well. If ET visit was close to Visit 3 then assign "Visit 3/End of Treatment" to AVISIT and create LOCF record for Visit 4/Follow-up If Visit 3 was missing and ET visit was close to Visit 2 then assign "Visit 2/Day 3/During Treatment" to AVISIT and create LOCF record for both Visit 3 and Visit 4.
