hotfix not recognized for editor

Helloooo, someone can help me to installation the editor hotfix?my problem  basically its the black editor and ca't write.i have windows 10 and SAS 9.4.

because its not ricognized that SAS deployment manager. maybe someone had  the same problem??

You should contact SAS Technical Support and provide details about your version of SAS (which release of SAS 9.4) and which hotfix you downloaded.
