Hi,

I am writing this to get your great magical help please help. 

 

I merged these two data sets.  EventID and Event_Num are the same ID.

I have the info and I need to group the ids and find and replace 77(unknown) under TRMT1 to 

(Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM RVG  or  Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM LVG or Ceftriaxone Rocephin_250_ MG_IM as "04")

or Azithromycin(Zithromax) 2GM PO as "21" or Gentamycin 240 MG IM BILAT VG as "28"

 

AND replace 0 under TRMT2 to

Azithromycin(Zithromax)1GM PO as "11" or Doxycycline 100 MG PO BID  x 07 as "9"  or Azithromycin(Zithromax) 2GM PO as "21" .

 

The data set(similar to what i am working) is attached. Please please help me.

1. Your question is hard to understand. Please reword and provide data examples as code.

2. Many people will/can not download MS Office files due to the risk they present.
