group variable in proc report ods tagset excelxp

Hi All,

I am using one of the variable as group variable in ods tagset excelxp in proc report .The issue here is that value of that group variable appear in last row for that particular variable.I want the same to appear in top row.Is there any way to achieve the same?

Hi: Without code or data, it is hard to envision what you are describing. Did you use the SPANROWS option as a PROC REPORT option, for example. Can you post an example of your code either using SASHELP data that everyone has or by posting a sample of your data? It will make it easier for people to understand what you mean when you say that "value of that group variable appears in last row".

Apologies for not posting the data.However, your reply gives me hint to look at spanrows option.I removed it and now it appear as expected.
