does anyone know how to replace the solid line with a dash line or dot dot dot ...

A SYMBOL statement will do that. Use the L= option.

To expand a bit on Paiges response, SAS has 46 line types, 1 is solid and other numbers are some combination of long and/or short dashes and/or dots. Add L=number to the symbol statements setting you color. If using defaults then

Symbol1 L=1;

Symbol2 L=2;  (large dashes)

Symbol3 L=33; (dots the dots are small enough that they may not render well on some devices)

The online help for the Symbol statement has a link to line types under the line option.
