facing a issue with SAS 9.4

What the log says. Try

proc datasets lib=sasuser;
repair profile.catalog;
quit;

If that does not do it, determine the physical path of SASUSER

%put %sysfunc(pathname(sasuser));

and then use the operating system to remove profile.sas7bcat there.
