ODS EXCEL/PROC REPORT can create pivot tables, which can adjust as the data changes without human intervention — if today you have JAN2023 to APR2023 data, and a month from now you also have MAY2023 data, if done properly you don't have to change the code to get the newer data into the proper place in the table.
Define what you mean by "Dynamic Pivot table".
I assume you mean from SAS 9.3. Sending output from SAS 9.3 would mean using ODS tagsets.excelxp which creates XML output that Excel can read.
